THE INITIATING DAYS

Saurabh was passionate and his entrepreneurial ambition has prompted him to start something on his own leaving a well-settled job in one of the top stated hotel properties in India. After completing Hotel Management, he has worked with several renowned brands in Food & Beverage Industry. Therein he learned how this whole industry operates and understood where he can fit into as per the need of the market. Before launching Skyland group, he has had a rich and long experience of working with the Taj Group of hotels.

PRESENCE

Skyland Group has a PAN India presence and is focussing primarily in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The company has made its presence in such regions where bigger brands have not yet penetrated the market. The corporate office is located in Noida and Hyderabad will be their upcoming regional workspace.

CHALLENGES

Controlling and minimizing food wastage is the biggest challenge. Managing overhead costs and keeping a tab on material wastage is going to keep the brand in the race. To run a cost-efficient venture, one needs to control the overhead cost.
