To realize yourself or your fault. Attitude towards work must be positive. I wish for everyone to be optimistic.

HOW HAS THE INDUSTRY CHANGED OVER THE YEARS?

Competition is going on and increasing by and by. All organizations think to work on automation. To survive in this industry, we must be up to date with technology. But still, we are targeting to create good quality products with competitive prices.

WHEN IT COMES TO THE COMPANY, WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

Company’s orientation for growth of the organization as well as its employees. Very few companies think in this way nowadays. Thankful to have such supportive management.

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE MOST DIFFICULT TASK IN BEING IN YOUR INDUSTRY?

Inflation is being the greatest challenge for us. The most difficult task is to maintain the same quality product with the lowest prices although there is huge inflation in raw materials.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT WORK ?

To be honest, I go through books to learn and to develop myself in all aspects. I love reading books in free time.

WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISIONS YOU MAKE AS A LEADER OF YOUR ORGANIZATION?

I set priorities of work for smooth working, manage almost all departments and mainly “how to convince Management and customer simultaneously” is the big task every day.
