The umbrella brand’s automotive technology platforms, www.carbike360.com and www.cmv360.com, are aimed at direct-to-consumer (D2C) audiences with the goal of transforming the automotive purchase environment and consumer experience with AI-driven solutions.

Virtual test drives, automobile configuration, bargains, warranties, and loan clearance in under 60 minutes are luring buyers to feel the immersive experience and have cars delivered to their homes as online markets are springing up all over the internet. The biggest challenges that Delente had to overcome

Delente entered the market when it was populated with other players. But for them, the greatest advantage was the prior hands-on expertise in digital technology & consumer understanding to solve problems at scale. The biggest challenge was to create a hyper-strong team who can work on the above mission-critical products.

Entrepreneur insights: Which one thing do you wish you’d done differently?

On this question, Mukesh thought for a minute and said, “We could have started it a bit early on. But it does not matter as consumer education by other players has been done by spending a fair amount of investor dollars, which we do not have to spend for the same reason. As a company, we were clear about the consumer problems from the beginning for Auto and Ad Tech. Hence persistent high-speed execution was key for us to become profitable with scale within this limited time.”

For Delente, digitization, transparency, and speed – with real solutions for consumers – is the revolution. The industry is racing towards a new world. Both the entities that the team is dealing with, have already seen a lot of sparks and are getting towards maturity. They are looking towards being the major contributor in its growth journey.

The automobile industry is shifting gears. Fueled by technological advances, changing consumer behavior, and global pandemic disruptions, the industry is racing towards a new world.

With customer centricity at the helm of their operations, automakers are doing all they can to elevate the customer experience by offering virtual showroom experience, sustainable electric and hybrid vehicles, affordable pre-owned cars, and lucrative deals. In a digital-first world, the automobile industry can forge new paths to success by stepping up its transformation efforts through the virtual showroom, personalized buying experience, and addressing the needs of customers and changing times.

At the same time, advertising technology has evolved a lot over a period of time to effectively target audiences with optimal effectiveness. The availability of multiple mediums to deliver advertising at various touch points via AI has made digital advertising more fruitful to advertisers than any other platform.

As a leader, the top priority is to build a high-performing team & stellar partnerships. The primary mission of the business is to be long-term, with sustained profitability, and not just revenue growth. Profitability is a real measurement of efficiency.

Encouraging creative thinking within the organization

On this topic, Mukesh revealed that for them creativity builds up when there’s clarity hence, as a team they always ask Why? What? is important for the consumer or partner? The above two words drive them to figure out, How to solve? and How to solve at a scale. They always have a problem-solving session to innovate what they do & they always respond enthusiastically to all ideas.
