Aadhaar letter
Aadhaar letter is a paper-based laminated letter containing a secure QR code with issue date and print date.
In the event of a fresh enrollment or required biometric update, an Aadhaar letter is free of cost and is issued to the resident through regular mail. For replacement of Aadhaar letter online from the UIDAI website, a resident has to pay Rs. 50 if the original is lost or damaged. The reprinted Aadhar letter will be sent to the resident by speed post.
eAadhaar
The electronic version of Aadhaar, or e-Aadhaar, is password-protected, has an Aadhaar-secured QR code for offline verification, and is digitally signed by UIDAI. Using their registered mobile number, residents can get their e-Aadhaar or disguised e-Aadhaar from the official website of UIDAI. Every Aadhaar enrollment or update instantly generates an e-Aadhaar, which is available for free download.
As per the Aadhaar Act, the electronic version of Aadhaar is as valid for all purposes as a physical copy.

mAadhaar is an official mobile application created by UIDAI. It provides an interface for Aadhaar number holders to carry their Aadhaar records registered with CIDR, including demographic data and their Aadhaar number along with a photograph.
