New Delhi: edtech firm okipokey said on Thursday that it has received investment from Unicorn Startups Udaanco-founder of Sujeet Kumar and venture capital funds Suicide Innovation Fund. The company did not disclose the financial details of the deal.

Founded in 2017 by Amit Agarwal, former head of YouTube India and an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, OckyPocky targets parents of small-town kids who face challenges in speaking English.

“With this seed funding round led by Sujit Sir and SIF, we are committed to providing a high-quality personalized learning experience enabled by an interactive and innovative approach in high-potential Tier II, III and IV cities in India. The technology will be able to expand and develop further.” okipokey founder and CEO Amit Agarwal said in a statement.
