According to a statement from the company, TVS Emerald Limited Term Finance Scheme 10:85:5 scheme launched, which allows home-buyers repayment flexibility as they do not need to take a home loan for two years.
An interested home-buyer will have to pay 10 per cent as booking fee on completion of the flooring of the unit purchased and 85 per cent of the payment after two years. The remaining 5 per cent may be payable during the occupation of the apartment, the statement said.
The company said that the benefit of this scheme can be availed till December 15.
“We are delighted at the strong, positive response to our new project TVS Emerald Atrium. In order to fast-track the project and provide home buyers with a unique value proposition, we launched a limited duration plan 10-85:5 TVS Emerald President Sriram Iyer said.
“The customer need not take loan or incur financial burden for two years from the date of booking, thereby ensuring savings on pre-EMI up to Rs 6 lakh,” he added.
Spread over 2.5 acres, TVS Emerald Atrium The four-tower, eight-storey building comprising spacious 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, with carpet areas ranging from 567 sq ft to 845 sq ft. The units are priced at Rs 49 lakh, the statement said.
