An EPF document named as Annexure provides the details of the member, his PF accumulation along with interest, his service history, the date of his joining and leaving, as well as job information.

Annex K can be downloaded through the Unified Member Portal.

How to download Annex K from Unified Member Portal

Employees can now get their PF annexure online through UAN when they transfer PF funds from an exempted establishment to a non-exempted establishment.

Step 1: Login using your UAN number and password

Step 2: Next, click on Download Annex K under Online Services in the navigation bar.

Step 3: All the already resolved PF transfer claims will be listed there, and you can download the attachment by just clicking on the download icon.
