The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday directed Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Services Limited, Mumbai (MMFSL) to immediately cease any recovery or possession activity through outsourcing arrangement till further orders. In other words, the company was directed not to use the services of any outside agency for the purpose of debt recovery.
