Prestige Estates Projects stunned the road with its solid numbers for the second quarter of 2021-22. For example, its adjusted net profit for the quarter grew 27% qoq and 32% yoy. The stagnant housing demand has helped Prestige Estates register new sales of Rs 2,112 crore in a quarter, up 88% yoy and 188% qoq. Its collections also grew by 33 per cent year-on-year and 52 per cent quarter-on-quarter to Rs 1,552 crore.
