PM Kisan Yojana is a central government initiative where all land holding farmer families are eligible for income support of Rs. 6000 per annum, distributed in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 every four months. This amount is deposited directly into the beneficiary’s bank account.

On May 31, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi disbursed over Rs 21,000 crore to 10 crore farmers as the 11th installment of PM-Kisan scheme.

When will PM Kisan 12th installment be released?

PM Kisan The 12th installment of the farmer will probably be released after September 1, 2022. Usually the first period is from April to July, the second from August to November and the third from December to March.

PM Kisan eKYC

The central government had already extended the eKYC deadline from May 31 to July 31.

As per PM Kisan website, “EKYC is mandatory for PMKISAN registered farmers. OTP based eKYC is available on PMKISAN portal. Or the nearest CSC centers can be contacted for biometric based eKYC. The deadline for eKYC for all PMKISAN beneficiaries has been extended till 31st July 2022.

how to check beneficiary status without aadhar card

Step 1: First of all visit the official website of PM Kisan.

Step 2: Farmers Corner option can be found here on the right side of the homepage.

Step 3: Click on Beneficiary Status link

Step 4: Select either the Registration Number or Mobile Number option to open a new page.

Step 5: Enter the captcha code

Step 6: Click on Generate OTP

If your eKYC is not complete, the system may ask you to update your eKYC before checking the status.

How to update eKYC online

Step 1: Visit the official website of PM-Kisan

Step 2: Click on the eKYC option available on the right side of the page

Step 3: Enter Aadhar Card Number, Captcha Code and Click on Search

Step 4: Enter the mobile number linked with the Aadhar card

Step 5: Click on ‘Get OTP’ and enter the OTP in the specified field
