The biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome ?

The biggest challenge is the cutthroat competition and ever-evolving industry. One needs to be sharp enough to overcome. I have to continuously re-work my plans and take action accordingly.
And this scenario has always ended up with good learning and makes me even more confident.

When it comes to the company, what are you most proud of ?

I am extremely proud of my team, who has been always with me on this roller-coaster ride. I know Media marketing is an extremely dynamic industry and to survive, one has to stay updated with every new enhancement in this domain. I am also thankful that I have got a good client base who has always trusted us and I am happy that we could satisfy them with desired results.

What is your vision for your company ?

Digital media is on the cusp of exploding and video content consumption has been rising ever since.
My vision is to make my client a winner in their respective space through our data-centric approach and take consumer engagement to the next level.

What do you do when you are not at work ?

I feel recharged when I come close to myself. I love diving deep into the lap of nature, reading non-fictional books, practising yoga has been an inevitable part of my life.
