He brings an in-depth understanding of the legal, compliance, regulatory, transactional and structural aspects of multiple areas, including: bankinginformation technologyManufacturing, e-commerce, real estate, retail, healthcare, insurance and education.
He has actively represented some of India’s largest fintech, e-commerce, retail entities and startups, and executed various large and complex mergers and acquisitions including private equity, venture capital investments, joint venture collaborations and outsourcing requirements . He has been advising various startups and investors – both private equity and venture capital – on their investments in India.
