Industry body IBA has invited bids from consulting firms and institutions to design and deliver a Leadership Development Program for Public Sector Banks (PSBs) to create a pipeline of leaders in line with the increasingly competitive landscape. A public notice stated that the training program can be delivered in three modes: online as e-learning module, through online live webinars/meetings and through in-person mode.

It aims to develop the future generation of leaders who are digitally savvy, strategic thinkers with the ability to build highly collaborative teams and create customer-centric organizations that thrive in a very dynamic competitive environment. Told.

“The Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) has requested Bureau of Financial Services Institutions (FSIB) to appoint an agency/firm/institution to formulate and deliver a leadership development program for public sector banks in India,” it said.

FSIB is an autonomous body of Indian government, The essential objectives of the Bureau include training and development of managerial personnel in nationalized banks and financial institutions in the public sector.

FSIB aims to provide best-in-class training and development opportunities to the senior management of PSBs.

The objective of the program is to prepare business leaders of public sector banks who will be ready to hold top management and board level positions and to run long term sustainable business in a competitive market.

The bidder is expected to have proven capabilities to design, develop and deliver such a program including online e-learning module on standard. Learning Management Solution ,edxCoursera etc.), it added.

The bidder will be selected under Quality cum Cost Based System (QCBS) with a weightage of 80:20 (80% for Technical Proposal and 20% for Financial Bid).

The last date for submission of bids is July 30. The pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16.
