Mumbai: Gupshup, a conversational messaging platform, has appointed Gaurav Kachhawa As Chief Product Officer to lead the company’s overall product strategy – including product management, design, development and analysis – and a global innovation laboratory.

Kachhwa has previously worked at Adobe Inc., Twitter, Electronic Arts and Zynga. Most recently, he was Senior Director of Product Management with the ‘Creative Cloud’ group at Adobe.
