Will host the month-long Great Indian Festival Separately from October 4, Flipkart Group company Myntra has announced its ‘Big Fashion Festival’ from October 3-10.
According to PTI sources, the new dates for Big Billion Day are expected to be updated soon on Flipkart’s website and app. Vendors are also being informed about the change in dates, he added.
Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy said in a communication to employees that Big Billion Days is important for millions of sellers as they continue to try to revive their businesses after the pandemic. He said the event creates massive jobs across the supply chain – helping to “make the celebration a reality for many households”.
“We have the potential to make a profoundly positive impact on the lives of everyone who joins us, and with this in mind, we remain true to Flipkart’s values of being audacious, actionable and customer centric and decided to create Big Billion Days big for all stakeholders!, Krishnamurthy said in the communication. “To enable this, we are going to make some changes in our plans for Big Billion Days 2021.”
