Biggest Challenges that you overcame:

The biggest challenge that we had to face as a new Visa Consultancy Service was to deal with the exaggerated promises and over commitments being given by few sham agents and agencies active in the industry.

Although, Visas Avenue is a trusted brand name in Immigration Industry today, however, to start with, it was not easy for us to build trust among the clients without making any fake commitments and promises, while some of the competitors were doing at that point.

However, we stuck with our policy of being true and transparent with the clients, which gradually, but surely paid off.

Apart from this, as a Client Servicing Company, we often deal with several challenges, such as, compliance, Customer Service, financial management, maintaining the reputation, Changing technologies, etc. Talking about the most recent one, maintaining the sales and operations successfully during the recent Global Pandemic was also a huge challenge we faced as a company.

Since I am in client service industry, I see revolution as a phenomenon of a change or transformation that subjugate the stereotypes and establish new directives for the good of client, individual and society as a whole.

One thing do you wish you’d done differently

Although, most of our decisions as a group were spot on over the years. However, having said that I wish we were a bit more prepared for the recent pandemic like situation. However, since such situation was unprecedented for almost every individual, business and even the mighty regimes, so I will take that.

How has the industry changed over the years ?

The change, development and transition are key aspects of every industry, business or trade and most of the times it is in the interest of every partaker. Talking about immigration, it is one of the most inconsistent industry. Frequently changing immigration rules, policies and guidelines play a vital role in the volatile nature of this industry.

Moreover, the technology has also been a key contributor in the changes in immigration over the years. Introduction of point-based immigration system by countries like, Canada and Australia has made overseas immigration much more systematic, fast and easy not only for host countries, but also for the immigration and visa applicants.

On the one hand, some exterior factors, such as, politics, extremism, conflicts, etc. has restrained the immigration opportunities for the aspirants in some traditional immigration hotspots, on the other hand, it also opened the doors for the other states to magnetize the global talent.

When it comes to the company, what are you most proud of ?

The most difficult task in being in your Industry

Being in the immigration industry, the most difficult task is keeping a track, decoding, and complying with the complex, new and existing immigration rules and guidelines and lodging an error free or fool proof visa application that ensures the much-needed visa approval for the client.

What do you do when you are not at work ?

When I am not at work, I prefer to keep myself engaged in spiritual activities, such as, practicing meditation or yoga, spending quite time alone (i.e. self-awareness or Dhyana), and more such activities that can help me develop my spiritual wellness and understanding.

Well, when you are leading an organization, you have to take many significant decisions, which prove crucial for your company and business. To name a few,

• Selecting right people for the right roles in the company
• Keeping up with the industry changes, and accepting the modern technologies not just to survive the competition, but also to remain a step ahead
• Ensuring smooth financial management during the unexpected Global Pandemic situation

How do you encourage creative thinking within your organization?

At Visas Avenue, we have created a system and environment for innovative thinking and operation. I have facilitated a work-culture wherein all team members are encouraged to come up with unorthodox, but equally effective ideas.

While communicating with the team, I always emphasize on this mantra to research, observe, learn, assess and then come up with an idea of your own.

Future endeavors of Visas Avenue

We had many plans ready, which we had to delay due to the recent pandemic. However, as the things are gradually getting back on track, we are planning to implement work upon few plans.

Primarily, to regain the status of our earlier sales and operation as soon as possible, as the same got affected marginally due to the unfortunate pandemic caused circumstances. Moreover, expanding our branch network and enhancing the list of our products and services in months to come.

Best advice to our readers

Well, being an ambitious girl from a small city, I fulfilled most of my dreams, which looked entirely impossible at the time when I started my journey as a Womenpreneur.
