state owned (BOM) on Friday announced a monsoon proposal waiving full processing fees on its housing and car loans. below ‘Retail Bonanza – Monsoon Amidst the festive season ‘Dhamaka’ from August 1, several special offers are being introduced for its retail customers.

The bank offers housing and car loans with rates starting from 7.30 per cent and 7.70 per cent respectively.

BoM said the retail products are backed by a host of features like three free EMIs on regular repayment in housing loans, loan facility up to 90 per cent in car and home loans, no prepayment/pre-closure/partial payment charges etc. a statement.

It said that the bank is providing the facility of loans up to Rs 25 lakh without any hassle at the rate of 7.70 per cent with zero processing fee of up to Rs 3 lakh.
