The state-owned company on Friday said it has launched a digital lending platform for its home and car loan customers. The bank said in a release that the platform will enable potential retail loan seekers to avail loans digitally through a paperless process at the convenience of their location and time of choice.

platform is able to validate key, aim and provide in-principle approval to the applicant in a financial and hassle-free manner, it said.

The bank has waived off processing charges on housing and car loans to benefit its customers in the ongoing festive season.
