Bank employees unions are planning to intensify their fight against the government’s plan to privatize public sector banks. NS United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU), an umbrella body of nine major bank unions, is planning a sit-in across the state capital on Saturday to protest the proposed privatization of two state-owned lenders.
