She is a friendly and supportive human, mom to a 3 years old boy, wife of the most supportive man, daughter of the most caring and loving parents, sister to my first best friend! Recently Entrepreneur Insights got a chance to know all about WEAMSE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. And Anjala’s journey to success.

How it all started ?

After completion of B.Tech she struggle to create something unique started. Initially, she started as a Freelancer from home by helping small business owners in building their online presence and eventually expanded to form WEAMSE on a larger and more thriving scale to help companies in their business growth.

When we asked Anjala to describe herself, she says, “I am naturally a decisive person. I am a doer and not someone who can sit idle. I love being busy and, being a mum, you are always tossing. I feel very fortunate in life. “

ABOUT WEAMSE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

The company was incorporated in 2017. She started it in small scale and with time the expansion of resource strength and clientele took place. They provide all kinds of IT Services, and Web Development is the major focus. The company helps small businesses to establish their online presence and large business to expand and maintain their online businesses.

Anjala says, “We are a group of Highly Skilled Young People with a friendly approach and Great Communication. We have established long term trust and relationships with our clients.”

Our client base includes Fitness Trainers, Authors, Recruitment Agencies, E-commerce Businesses, Traders, Hospitals, Life Coaches and Therapists, Educational institutions, Logistics Companies, etc. Our clients are from various parts of the world like the United States, United Kingdom, Australia,Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Hong Kong, Greece, India, and many more countries.”

The biggest challenges you overcame

Starting and running a business comes with many challenges; from small ones to immense ones! It doesn’t get tougher or easier, it’s just inconsistent. As soon as you solve one “biggest challenge”, there’s another around the corner. In the beginning, it was finding new customers, raising investment to expand the business. Now it is ensuring our customer proposition, building out our team and keeping our entrepreneurial culture.

What is different about WEAMSE

Our clients are the most relevant part of our company. We serve them sincerely with the right suggestions which have helped improve their online presence and increase their brand identity. 95% of our clients are long-term clients due to this reason and I am happy to be the face of my company along with my team working more energetic each day to bring a smile to my client’s face! For me, trust comes first before business agreements. At WEAMSE, we build a strong relationship with the clients in terms of communication and understanding before we start the business.

What does revolution mean to you ?

An entirely new world is opening up, with the role of the developers changing extremely, as developers and designers will need to become more creative and more intelligent to develop new technologies and design with sustainable solutions in mind. I very much believe that changing the world is an exciting scheme indeed.

When it comes to WEAMSE, what are you most proud of ?

We have assisted brands to grow from market stalls to seven-figure businesses. I love escorting our team to reach new altitudes and handle each new challenge with elegance and courage. Whenever I see a message from a returning customer, I feel glad to meet them again and happily provide them better service each day. Not giving up when most people might have (and did!) has gotten us pretty far. I think flexibility and staying strong are incredibly valuable features in our industry. I believe in continuous growth and improvement. We are always trying to learn new things, improve ourselves. I also think it is essential not to undervalue the element of opportunity!

What do you do when you are not at work ?

When I am not working, I spend most of the time with my family. My day starts with Yoga which helps me keep motivated throughout the day. I have priorities for each day and schedule my tasks accordingly to keep me out of stress and maintain a work-life balance. I enjoy the outdoors and it helps me reboot for the rest of the days.

Key to Success in Professional sphere- A piece of advice for all women out there

When a woman is involved in a business entirely, she must be ready to prove oneself. She has to strike a balance between working late nights; complete tasks on time and at the same time take care of her home and family as well. It is about proving oneself every time, at every step and in any circumstances. Be true to what you are doing and success will join you soon.
