How to file Aadhaar related complaint through IVRS Self Service

Residents can check their enrollment or update status
If Aadhaar is generated successfully, residents can use their EID to find out their Aadhaar number (after verification).
By entering their complaint number, residents can monitor the status of their complaints.
How to Register Aadhaar Complaint Using Chatbot
A chatbot is available on the UIDAI website (uidai.gov.in) for quick automated responses regarding Aadhaar and its services. It can be accessed at the bottom right of the Resident Portal and on the main page of the UIDAI website. Using the blue “Ask Aadhaar” icon, residents can start chatting with the chatbot. Both Hindi and English are supported.
